Three formulas of coolness

Keep body cool

Wet your pulse points and wrists. This is the best way to keep the body cool. Apply ice in a soft cloth and apply on the skin. It preserves the coolness of the body for a long time. Be it home or office, keep washing your face at short intervals. Wear cotton and airy clothes.

Keep taking something cool

To keep the body cool, it is necessary to eat and drink cold things. For this, it is not necessary that you drink only water, but keep taking fluids at short intervals to re-accumulate dehydration and loss of water in the body. Electrolyte-balanced drinks are helpful for oral rehydration but avoid soft drinks and other sugary drinks. Instead, you can take watermelon, fresh mint drinks, juices, etc.

Make the house cool

By taking some measures, the house can also be kept cool. Plant more and more plants in your house, so that the heat caused by the direct rays of the sun can be avoided. Choose such trees and plants that can give you enough shade. If direct sunlight is coming, curtains can also be used.
